My journey began in 2012...
When I first started out, I tried all sorts of fad diets. None of them lasted for more than a few weeks.
I also did an extremely restrictive 6-week challenge. It worked and I lost a lot of weight! BUT... it left me feeling anxious to eat and made me develop a very negative relationship with food.
I was even afraid to eat fruits, thinking it would make me fat!!
I used to think healthy eating meant only eating steamed broccoli and dry chicken breasts. But I've since learned that it doesn’t have to boring, bland or restrictive and I am ready to show you how to do this!
I’ve developed hundreds of simple, healthy and delicious recipes and shared them with my followers on Instagram. In 2018, I published my own healthy meal prep cookbook with Simon & Schuster (one of the biggest publishers in the US!)
Healthy eating has become a part of my lifestyle but it definitely did NOT happen overnight. Nourishing my body with the right foods has improved my energy level, sleep quality, mood, body composition and MY LIFE!

My name is Tina Jamison, I am a Certified Nutrition Coach.
I have helped many busy women like you lose weight by teaching them how to make healthier, sustainable food choices without strict dieting!
Being a mom to two kids under 5, I know healthy eating can be confusing and overwhelming! I also have been there. I started my own journey 10 years ago. My mission in life is to show that healthy eating does NOT have to be bland, boring or complicated. I will also show you how to put this into practice so that you can sustain it for life!

How long is the program?Master Your Nutrition program is 12-weeks, with the option to continue longer afterward. Did you know it takes an average of 60 days (2 months) for a new habit to become automatic? Change doesn’t happen overnight. My goal is to help you build healthy behaviors that are sustainable, and to make you feel like you will be able to thrive with them on your own for the long term.

Who is this program best suited for?It is really for anyone looking for long term sustainable healthy lifestyle change. My goal is to enable you to be able to walk away with new tools to help you live a healthy lifestyle every day. If this ends up with weight loss, then that's a bonus!

Will it include a meal plan?Unfortunately not. I don't believe in prescribed meal plans because what happens when you get bored of it, or when you're at the end of the plan and you don't know how to continue eating for everyday? My goal is to guide you on making healthier food choices and how much to eat to reach your goals. This way, you will build sustainable change for the rest of your lives.

Is it Keto, Whole30, Low-Carb, Low-Fat, Gluten Free or Dairy Free?Honestly, it is not any specific diet. I will use a balanced approach because to me, healthy eating doesn't mean you have to cut out any specific foods or feel deprived in any way. This program is adaptive to your personal food preferences and needs. We will work together to find a meal strategy that works for you.

Is a workout plan included?Unfortunately not. Although I am a fitness enthusiast, and regular fitness is a key component of a healthy lifestyle, I am not a certified trainer, so I cannot provide you with a workout plan.

How often will we meet/talk?You receive ongoing messaging support from me via the program app, plus a weekly check-in call (video call via Zoom, or regular phone call if preferred). I’m here for you each step of the way to help you build healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

Is this a group challenge?This program is run individually because I believe everyone is unique and requires different types of support.

Can I get a refund?If you have paid, and you have not started the program yet, a full refund will be issued. If your program has started, however, the program is non refundable. My goal is to see you through the program, and do my best to motivate you to stick with it.
