A Whole 30 approved chili in 30 minutes 🙌🏼
I used my InstantPot but you can also cook this in a slow cooker on low for 8 hours!
Makes 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
Tomato sauce (24oz)
4 celery stalks, diced
4 carrots, diced
2 small sweet potatoes, diced
5 tomatoes, chopped
2 lbs ground beef (sautéed with 1/2 tbsp cumin, 1/2 tbsp garlic powder, 1/2 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp chili flakes, 1 tsp cayenne, and 1 tsp paprika, salt and pepper to taste)
7 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 med onion, chopped
1 cup green/red chilies, chopped (adjust to your spice level)
2 tbsp tomato paste
Spices:
1/2 tbsp cumin
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
Press bean/chili mode (20 mins)!
Garnish with cilantro and you can also add avocados at time of serving.
