Spaghetti Squash Meat SauceIf you’re want a healthier version of spaghetti with meat sauce, try this one! It’s low carb and guilt free! 

Makes 12 servings


  • 1 spaghetti squash, halved
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, divided 
  • 2 pounds of ground beefs
  • 1 pound of ground pork
  • Half red onion, chopped
  • 5 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Basil pesto (food processed basil with EVOO)
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (28 oz)
  • 1 bottle tomato sauce (24 oz)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
